Can you buy a Euro debit card in the US?

I am wondering if I can get a debit card in Euros now rather than this summer when I travel and the dollar is worth less?

I have never seen a Euro debit card available in the states but you can certainly go to a bank and buy the Euros themselves if you believe the dollar will continue to decline in value. At any given time, you will receive more Euros for your dollars in a stateside bank than in a European bank because the service charges in European banks are higher than for US banks and the exchange rates in Europe always seem a bit skewed in favor of the Euro.
