How do I add weather to my dreamweaver website?

I pasted code provided by weather.com... It is supposed to show the weather on my website. Instead, all I get is the words, St. Thomas, VI 00804 (and it links to weather.com).

I want to be able to get the weather on the website as they advertise...

How can I do this? They give me code to cut and paste and say add it as text, NOT HTML... I thought I was adding it as TEXT...
