Is there a rescission period after buying a time share?
My husband and I bought 1500 points in Shell Vacations Club as a starter package, they said. But we soon found out that we can't get any decent vacations with that amount of points. When looking at the $2500+/year we'll spend to keep it, for that amount of $$ we could go on a longer and netter vacation than we could staying in the SVC with the 1500 points. We didn't realize it would be such a bad deal. Is there a rescission period in which we can change our minds or is there a way to sell it back?
