Traveling Children

What if the father moved 200 miles away from his child, who is responsible for getting the child to the father? Is is the mother's responiblity to driver 200 miles a weekend to bring the child?

That has to be worked out between you too. you could meet half way in the middle. is it every weekend? maybe you could alternate driving each weekend.

I agree. You'll have to decide some way to split it. This is a very common problem when parents get divorced. If you can't come up with a fair agreement between the two of you, then you can talk to a judge and make them decide for you and add it to your custody agreement.

My ex husband and I have to meet in a half way spot..I hate it but oh well. And we only do this ONCE a month!
