What do I need to do to travel across Canada to Alaska?

Moving a machine shop from Elkhart, Indiana, to Alaska. The truck is 26,000 lbs and has a US DOT number. Driver has a valid CDL-A license and current medical. A trailer with a fork lift will be pulled by the truck. The machine shop owns the truck. This is not a FOR HIRE truck. This will be a one-time trip.
