If the AdSense account is opened through WebAnswers then you don't need to enter anything for the URL it is taken care of automatically.

You just need to confirm that you're giving WebAnswers access to your AdSense account.

Just enter your details in the correct fields and the account will be opened for you.

If you're opening an account on your own, then Google sometimes needs information added to one of the pages of your website proving you are the owner.

This is from Google:

Domain ownership: To complete our review, we need to confirm your ownership of the site you've submitted. Please follow the steps below:
- Access the source code of your website.
- Create a separate page on the site and paste "This post confirms my ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program policies and Terms and Conditions."
- Resubmit the application as described below after replacing the current URL in the 'Website URL' field with the URL of the page where you have pasted the snippet.

Hongkongpom is correct, it makes a difference if you are opening your account through adsense or not.

if you have no set up your adsense account already, just use the link on our site to set up the account for you.

http://www.webanswers.com/account-google-adsense.cfm

That should help you with it. Let me know if you have any problems setting up your account using that link.
